I’m Jen, an NYC-based User Advocate with a fondness for the little details. Through thoughtful observation and empathetic collaboration, I work to constantly make things better for people through useful designs that are grounded in the reality of actual user needs.
After 8 years in the art, accounting, and photo industries, I transitioned into UX Design to use my organization and visual skills for a more meaningful purpose. Among other things, I like to explore the ways that UX practices based in the real world, like urban planning, can be translated into digital experiences.
Through Research, Ideation, Testing, and Iterating, I align user needs with business goals and deliver accessible, useful, and delightful experiences.
